Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to gather as one community to worship You, as the Holy Spirit moved among us. We are grateful for the uplifting Praise & Worship session led by Joseph Wong, and for Fr. Paul Cheong's insightful teaching on "𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬' 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠". As baptised Christians, we share in Jesus' kingly anointing, which empowers us for our spiritual battle against Satan and our spiritual enemies. Fr. Paul reminded us to "be sober and alert because the devil prowls about like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour" (1 Pt 5:8).
The CCR Prayer Meet was attended by over 90 parishioners, and many experienced the 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 during the Pray Over session. We pray that the seeds sown during this prayer meeting will take root in our hearts and bear abundant fruit. May the Holy Spirit continue to work within us, transforming us into missionary disciples of Christ! ✝🕊
